Weightlifter Kiana Elliott speaks with Ben Hook and Sophie Hilditch soon after she became Commonwealth Champion in the 58kg class. In doing so Kiana has earned herself direct qualification to next year’s Commonwealth Games.
Kiana set new Commonwealth Records in the Snatch with 100kg and Total, with 212kg. 100kg is the heaviest snatch in the 58kg class internationally so far this year!
The Worlds are being held in Norway in the first week of October 2025. Kiana and her Team will be doing everything they can to see her standing on that podium.
